The most confusing thing for me, is how the papers pressed the issues 2 years after in their online articles after the evidence was apparent. Although the gaurdian inplys not states in their wordings, in effect what they are doing is pushing what can be seen as more lie than truth, the problem is in theroy very few gaurdian readers would research the matter further and end up accepting this as truth - but a vast majorty of people I know do not belive whats said in papers anyway. Given this its the papers own fault they are mistrusted. I pounder on how many over lie's this section of the media have told.
This has been written since I may express a simular view in my conclusion.

Manhunt who too Blame?
This review of certain literature explores the issue that computer game violence is a release as opposed to a dangerous thing to the world "Playing computer games may actually be good for children, according to a government study that found no proof that even violent games triggered aggressive behaviour"(Hinsliff 2006) . Although there have been events in rare cases - that may have been linked to video game violence such an example is "The fatal stabbing of 14-year-old Stefan Pakeerah, whose attacker was said to have been obsessed with a game called Manhunt"
( Hinsliff 2006) an online news article found states "It now transpires that the 17 year old murderer did not own a copy of the game, which should not be sold to those below the age of 18, but that 14 year old Stefan did."(Jenkins 2004) in reaction to the newspapers attack on the industry. Furthermore a spokesman for the police said “We haven’t connected the game with the murder and we've already made that statement, but some sections of the media chose to ignore it… the motive was robbery.”(Jenkins 2004)
this game in question though was not meant for any persons below the age of 18, in response to this "Ministers have discussed age-labelling of games and are understood to be planning talks with the industry about helping parents choose titles."(Hinsliff 2006) . More recent research has found that video games are reducing violence "The rise in popularity of computer games such as Grand Theft Auto has coincided with a drop in violent crime" ( Anon 2008) considering the fact that Grand Theft Auto is a big selling game, as well as a violent game where you play as a criminal doing crimes, this link agrees that violence in games serves as a release, this particular article concluded "'Violent crime, particularly among the young, has decreased dramatically since the early 1990s, while video games have steadily increased in popularity and use,' said researcher Patrick Kierkegaard."( Anon 2008) To summarise when buying games for kids, parents should look up on the content of the game first and secondly researchers have found a drop in violent crime following the rise in computer games.

Vark Reflection
I learn on a level where I am able to give birth to my own idea's and articulate them. Referancing will be required of me to support any statments made when tackling the issue's of a assignment. I feel this to be a wall, yet It is something I must do. I like to think of myself as a free-thinker. Even though I feel the vark does not prove anything It's just a list of trival questions to me I will review my results.

The vark questionnaire results gave me 8 points on Kinesthetic which defines my dominant learning style. I'll agree I learn by doing and working things out as I go along, I also like reading, and talking things through as well as anaylising things ,I recon wheather I make something constructive, with knowledge gained depends on my interest and desire to do it.

Reflection on learning experinces
My learning line shows jobs and educational establishments I have been to throughout my life. To be truthful I never really took learning seriously to later stages of my life I left school with average marks I went college shortly after where I studied a BTEC in ICT where i left with a respectable mark of MPP. The line shows that I did not follow up into higher levels of education, but instead speant 2 years of my life in jobs where I was able to gain skills such as team work, in greiggs bakers I was running the shop on the mangers days off where I gained essestinal leadership skills I learned a lesson there that if the one in charge loses composure it jeopardizes the whole team, I left the job because I needed full time hours.In the over two jobs I had started to question company values to find, they are in place for a good reason and its ok to question them and that they deserve respect from employee's.To summurise I belive I have picked up confidence skills, endurance skills,emprevising skills and cleaning skills.
